Current Inventory

The following is a list of our current inventory.

If you wish to pick up your order at the Corvallis Farmers’ Market, simply decide which cuts you want, how many packages, and notify us at woodfamilyfarm@wvi.com by noon of the Friday before market. We will contact you to confirm your order, balance due and pickup date. We will have your order ready and waiting for you.

If you wish to pick up your order at our farm, simply decide which cuts you want, how many packages, what date and time you wish to pick up your order and send your order to us at woodfamilyfarm@wvi.com. Please send your order at least 48 hours before your desired pickup time. We will contact you to confirm your order, balance due and pickup date and time.

Pork:

___Breakfast sausage, bulk: $8.00/lb. Approx. 1 lb. pkg. Ingredients: Salt, red pepper, sage, sugar, black pepper.

___Hot Italian sausage, bulk: $8.00/lb. Approx. 1 lb. pkg. Ingredients: Salt, red pepper, fennel, paprika.

___Sweet Italian sausage, bulk: $8.00/lb. Approx. 1 lb. pkg. Ingredients: Salt, fennel, black pepper, sugar, coriander, garlic.

___Merguez, bulk: $8.00/lb. Approx. 1 lb. pkg. Made with pork boar meat. Ingredients: paprika, olive oil, sea salt, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, fennel, cilantro, black pepper, white pepper, cinnamon, caraway.

___Chorizo, bulk: $8.00/lb. Approx. 1 lb./pkg. Ingredients: Water, sea salt, cracked fennel seed, black pepper, sugar, coriander, garlic, red pepper.

___Maple sausage, bulk: $9.00/lb. Approx. 1 lb. package. Water, sea salt, maple sugar blend (cane and maple sugars), artificial maple flavoring (water, propylene glycol, carmel color [contains sulfite], corn syrup, natural and artificial flavors, balck pepper, ginger, thyme, nutmeg.

Our supply of Italian pork sausage has run out! Sadly, our homemade pizza is not the same without it. I’m hoping we can get to the winter market tomorrow to pick some up.
