Thursday, we picked up additional pork cuts at the butcher. We now have a very limited supply of pork rib chops, loin chops and bacon. Order now, I don’t expect the supply to last long! See Current Inventory page for additional information.
Our first litter of pigs arrived on January 5. Mama and piglets are doing well. Hope to post a photo soon.
Corvallis Indoor Winter farmers’ market starts Saturday, January 15, Benton County Fairgrounds, Corvallis from 9:00-1:00. We will there along with several produce and craft vendors. Check out our “Current Inventory” page to plan your weekly purchases. Our hope is that our inventory list will help you with budgeting and planning your weekly meals. You can also save time on market day by placing your order before market day and we will have your order ready and waiting for you.
